* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 to 32 degrees
possible along with potentially widespread frost.

* WHERE...Greeley, Sherman, Valley, Buffalo, Dawson, Furnas, Gosper,
and Phelps Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 11 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Clearing skies and diminishing winds will
allow temperatures to rapidly fall this evening, with sub-freezing
temperatures and widespread frost becoming possible late tonight
into Sunday morning.
